If you have multiple hosting accounts and you want to move a domain from one account to another, you must follow the following instructions:
1) Make a backup copy of site data and database using the tools in your hosting panel or simply copy the data on your computer
2) delete the domain on the server from which you transfer the site and add the domain to a new server
3) restore the data from a backup or copy data from your PC to a new hosting server.
Why do I need to do everything exactly like this: because our DNS servers work in a cluster, so if you make a first attempt to add the domain to a new server and then delete domain on the old server, the domain is added only to the hosting server and DNS cluster don't know about your domain.
